Children
Christian Youth Club meets at 6:00 P.M. on Thursdays. CYC is a great Christian scouting program for children in pre-school through the sixth grade. Hiking, camping, crafts, and service are all tied to Christian principles. The children earn merit badges under dynamic leadership.
Junior Bible Quiz team competes monthly and has a strong winning tradition. We teach basic Bible facts.
Sunday School is on Sundays at 9:30 AM. It is for children, teenagers, and adults. There are age appropriate activities that reinforce the Bible and the Biblical lessons taught that morning.
Our Vacation Bible Schools are some of the best in the South Bay. They Teach kids Christian Principles and are centered around having fun as a kid. Every Summer we take our junior kids to camp at Indian Hills in San Diego. They ride horses, take nature hikes, sing camp songs, make handcrafts, and learn to love God deeply.
For Church the children learn and have fun during the sermon at Wee Worship and Children's Church. The Kids Choir sings on many occasions during church services. There is a nursery for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers during Sunday School and Church.
Joy Harbison ministers to these girls on Tuesdays at 6:30 P.M. They apply the Bible to thier lives and do service projects.
Teenagers
Teen Time meets at 6:00 P.M. on Fridays. Learning the Bible and developing Christian character is fun and interesting. There are also monthly excursions.
We are a dominant church in the Teens and Talent competitions and Bible Bowl. Our teens win on local, state, regional, and national levels in music, drama, art, literature, and speech. We find a way for every teen to go to the mountains for a week of summer camp. The church sponsors teen sports teams in volleyball, and softball.
Adult Fellowship
Home Bible Studies at 7:00 P.M. look at applying truths from books of the Bible and questions of interest.
Prayer meeting is during the middle of the week. We pray for personal needs, the church and the whole world. Our Heavenly Father listens to prayers.
Ladies Night Out meets at 6:00 P.M. on the First Sunday night of the month. Ladies' Retreat is in September.
Men's Fellowship meets monthly for prayer, special events and work days.
Best Years Fellowship is for active senior adults. They sponsor a Sunday dinner bimonthly.
A Christian twelve-step program helps adults experience the Spirit-filled life and overcome backgrounds in alcohol and drug abuse and co-dependence.
Worshiping the Lord through music in the church is enhanced by a Praise Band, soloists, and a lively piano. Drama adds excitement to the Word.
The church sponsors co-ed softball, and volleyball teams in a Christian fellowship league. We also have a couple of chess gatherings through the year.
